Flow and Restore Yoga

This class is designed for all levels and every body. We will intentionally flow slowly holding postures longer to cultivate strength, integration and alignment.  Each class will be intelligently sequenced leading to a peak posture to strengthen and challenge both body, mind and spirit encouraging harmony and balance on and off the mat.
