PULSE Group Classes: like nothing you've ever experienced
We take you all over our gym to keep your energy up and your
excitement going! Some of our most popular classes are our unique
combination formats, such as cycling/machine Pilates and cardio
intervals/strength training. With our talented instructors custom
designing the classes, it’s never the same routine.
PULSE Cycling: the closest you'll get to cycling outside
PULSE features an entire studio dedicated to indoor cycling, with 14
RealRyder bikes. The RealRyder has a unique, articulating frame that allows it to steer, turn, and feel like a road bike.
With a whole new range of motions, it simulates the experience of riding in the real world with the benefits of a
studio workout, keeping the body more active and the mind more engaged. Our indoor cycling classes bring a touch
of adventure and imagination to the ride. With theme-based rides and a variety of music to match, our instructors
will get you riding into the immersive world of play. PULSE Instructors: We don't just teach, we coach
Each of our instructors has at least 15 years of experience, plus the creativity it takes to design our group
exercise classes. And they aren’t just instructors, but coaches, who never lose sight of the individual in the group.
15 Minute Core -
Get your CORE in shape! This 15 minute class will focus on your core emphasizing abdominal and lower back muscles while it tightens and tones your core and improves functional strength for mobility and injury prevention.
Bone Builder & MELT -
Strengthen your bones and help your body repair in this 75 minute class. Expect 20 minutes of varying cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of MELT.Early Morning Mayhem -
Start the morning off on your choice of cardiovascular equipment where you will be guided through 30 minutes of high intensity intervals. The next 30 minutes take you into the world of play with Pilates machine.
Cardio Circuit & Pilates -
Enjoy 30 minutes of creative cardio working through a series of circuit stations followed by 30 minutes of machine Pilates.Cardio Circuit & Strength -
Enjoy 30 minutes of creative cardio working through a series of circuit stations followed by 30 minutes of strength training.Cardio Mayhem & Core -
Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through the use of interval training for 30 minutes of cardio intervals, followed by 15 minutes of intense core toning!Core Balance & Strength -
This class is about improving and strengthening the Human Movement System. This includes the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. Although they seem separate each system and its components must collaborate. All exercises will challenge the HMS to improve strength, balance, and coordination.Cycle PM Mayhem -
A fast-paced class that will consist of a mix of an interval based cycle class and machine Pilates to get you moving and make time fly.Mat Pilates Express -
This 30 minute class incorporates Pilates principles including control, fluid movement, breathing, concentration, stability and postural alignment. Pilates dramatically changes the way your body looks, feels and performs. Activate your core through proper breathing using the Joseph Pilates sequence of exercises.MELT -
All-levels class will use specialized soft body rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging.Pilates Machine -
Small group training of 3-4 people on Reformers, Cadillacs and Pilates Chairs. All Levels Welcome.
Based on the principles of the Japanese Tabata training method. Pulsetata is a form of high intensity interval training. All sets are four minutes long with eight - twenty second intervals in each set. Hit every muscle group during this high calorie burning class.Pulse Cycle 60 -
Start pedaling and let go as your instructor takes you on the ride of your life. It's perfect for fitness enthusiasts, recreational cyclists or serious racers. PC 60 challenges both your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds through the use of interval training.
Pulse Step Power Boost -
An intense workout class featuring step interval aerobics, balance, and upper/lower body training.Pulse Power Play -
Stimulate your mind and body while hitting every muscle group as you burn calories zipping through stations of different fitness equipment in this high energy, fast paced class. There's no time to look at the clock!
Trivia Cycle -
Strengthen your cardiovascular capacity, reduce body fat and burn maximum calories with this fun, rhythm-based ride. Sprints, rhythmic climbs and interval drills will go along with the themed music selections and trivia questions to exercise your body and your brain!TRX RIP Extreme -
